摘要:
为确定新老采空区共存时本工作面的最优升压区间,提高升压效率,根据双层采空区气体涌出及自燃数值模拟结果,采用多指标区间数关联决策模型对合理升压区间进行评价和优化,以本工作面瓦斯、CO浓度与涌出量和上下覆之间等压面与进风口距离、上覆老采空区氧化带宽度和最高温度7个变量为评价指标,开展7种指标区间数关联决策研究。结果显示,现有风压基础上升压70~80 Pa即本工作面回风口风压高于上覆20~30 Pa为综合最优升压区间。现场升压结果显示,本工作面回风口风压高于上覆老空区20~30 Pa时,瓦斯、CO浓度基本未超限且上覆老采空区未发生自燃。
Abstract:
To determine the optimal lifting pressure interval of the working face when the old and new goaf are coexisting, and improve the efficiency of lifting pressure, the reasonable lifting pressure interval was evaluated and optimized by using the incidence decision-making model of multi-attribute interval number according to the numerical simulation results of harmful gas emission and spontaneous combustion in double-layer goaf. The incidence decision-making of 7-attributes interval number was studied by taking seven variables as evaluation attributes, including the gas and CO concentrations and emission quantities, the distance from isobaric surface between upper and lower layers to air intake, the oxidation zone width and the highest temperature of overlying old goaf. The results showed that the optimal lifting pressure interval is the pressure rises 70-80 Pa on the basis of the existing wind pressure, namely the wind pressure of return air inlet in working face is higher than the overlying old goaf by 20-30 Pa. The field lifting pressure results showed that when the wind pressure of return air inlet in working face was higher than the overlying old goaf by 20-30 Pa, the gas and CO concentration did not exceed the limits, and there was no spontaneous combustion phenomenon in overlying old goaf.
