摘要:
为保障储气库安全平稳运行,针对储库注采管柱井下腐蚀问题,根据注采井内压力、温度耦合关系,建立井内压力、温度耦合计算模型,并结合Norsok模型预测整个井段内CO2腐蚀速率。深入研究管柱轴向受力情况,基于管螺纹校核公式,提出注采管柱疲劳寿命计算公式。结果表明:井内压力与井深的变化具有线性关系,温度近似二项式分布;管柱注采末期丝扣连接点轴向受力最大;此外,建立的注采管柱疲劳寿命预测模型,为储库管柱寿命预测提供新的方法。该研究可为储库安全防护、合理制定生产方案提供依据,保障储库安全运营。
Abstract:
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of gas storage, aiming at the downhole corrosion problems of injection-production tubing string in gas storage, a coupling calculation model of pressure and temperature was proposed based on the coupling relationship of pressure and temperature in the injection-production well, and the CO2 corrosion rates in the whole well section were predicted by combining with Norsok model. The axial force situation of tubing string was further studied, and a calculation formula for fatigue life of injection-production tubing string was put forward based on the pipe thread checking formula. The results showed that a linear relationship is presented in the change of borehole pressure with well depth, and a approximate binomial distribution is presented for temperature. The axial force is the largest in the threaded connection point at the end of injection-production tubing string. The proposed prediction model on fatigue life of injection-production tubing string provides a new method for life prediction of tubing string in gas storage. It can provide the basis for the safe protection and rational development of production plan, and ensured the safe operation of the gas storage.
