摘要:
为改善人员密集场所易造成拥挤踩踏的问题,对安全标识现场管控人群的有效性进行研究讨论,选取了4个典型人员密集场所的安全标识布设方案进行评估。首先用模糊德尔菲法建立了评价指标体系,然后用层次分析法划分了指标权重,最后用模糊综合评价法对4个方案做了综合评估。结果表明,人员密集场所中安全标识的使用能够有效管控人群流向,避免人群对冲情况的发生,而安全标识显著度、理解度和受众感知度的增强能够使人群管控的效果更明显。
Abstract:
In order to improve the problem that the assembly occupancies are easy to cause trample, the effectiveness of safety signs in field management of crowds was studied. The arrangement plans on safety signs of four typical assembly occupancies were chosen to be evaluated. Firstly, the method of fuzzy Delphi was applied to establish the index system of evaluation. Secondly, the method of analytic hierarchy process was used to divide the weight of index. At last, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was adopted to carry on the comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the usage of safety signs in assembly occupancies can effectively control the flow direction of crowds and avoid the occurrence of collision behavior. The effect of crowds control can be more obvious with the increase in significance, comprehension and audience perception of safety signs.
