摘要:
为增强煤矿应急救援能力,提高评价的精度,弥补单一评价方法的缺陷,构建了基于熵值法和支持向量机的煤矿应急救援能力评价模型。根据各评价指标数据所提供的信息量,运用熵值法设定指标权重,进一步将指标权重定量化、客观化;同时鉴于煤矿应急救援能力评价数据难收集、影响因素复杂多变的状况,结合具有处理非线性、小样本数据问题的支持向量机进行评价,保证了评价结果的准确性。实证分析表明,该模型的评价结果与煤矿实际应急救援能力非常接近,可用于实际的煤矿应急救援能力评价。
Abstract:
In order to enhance the emergency rescue capability of coal mine, improve the accuracy of evaluation, and make up for the deficiency of single evaluation method, an evaluation model on emergency rescue capability of coal mine was established based on entropy method and support vector machine. According to the information provided by the values of each evaluation index, the weight of each index was set by using the entropy method so as to make it more quantitative and objective. At the same time, given the situation that the influence factors were complex and changeable and the evaluation data on emergency rescue capability of coal mine was difficult to collect, the support vector machine with a high processing capability for nonlinear or small samples was combined to carry on evaluation for ensuring the accuracy of evaluation results. The empirical analysis showed that the evaluation results of the model were close to the practical emergency rescue capability of coal mine, and it can be used in practical application.
