城市轨道交通隧道施工不可避免的对周边造成影响,砌体结构房屋作为中国传统建筑,量大面广,但抵抗变形能力较弱,其往往首当其冲受到影响。为了解隧道施工沿线砌体房屋的安全风险,基于风险指数法和风险矩阵法,建立了一套新的综合风险指数矩阵评价体系。通过对已有文献的研究和工程数据的统计分析,选取了符合隧道沿线砌体结构特点的风险因素,并从隧道-建筑作用机理角度对风险因素进行权重分配。最后,依托于长株潭城际铁路对体系进行了验证和校对,得到符合实际工程的评价标准,验证结果表明,该评价体系能较好的满足工程实际工作需要。
Abstract:
As a traditional architecture in China, masonry structure buildings distribute all over the country, but the resistance capability to deformation is weak. The construction of urban rail transit tunnel will impact the surroundings inevitably, and the masonry structure buildings often bear the brunt. To understand the safety risk of masonry buildings along the constructing tunnel, a new evaluation system of comprehensive risk index matrix was proposed based on risk index method and risk matrix method. The risk factors fitting with the characteristics of masonry structure along the tunnel were identified and described on the basis of the former literature study and statistical analysis of engineering data, and the weight distribution and assignment on the risk factors were implemented in the perspective of action mechanism of tunnel and building. Finally, relying on the CZT intercity rail projects, the proposed methodology was verified and corrected, and an evaluation standard according with the practical engi-neering was obtained. The verification results showed that the evaluation system can well meet the needs of practi-cal work.
