摘要:
为了客观评估机务人员的工作负荷,选取作业能耗和姿态负荷作为评估机务人员工作负荷的指标。分解A320飞机主轮拆卸的维修任务,确定维修动作参数和姿态参数,使用JACK软件中的新陈代谢模块计算作业能耗,使用JACK软件中的RULA模块计算机务人员的姿态负荷,结果验证了该方法的可行性。相对于传统的评估工作负荷的方法,基于JACK仿真的方法具有省时高效的特点。
Abstract:
In order to assess the workload of aircraft maintenance personnel objectively, the operation energy consumption and posture load were taken as indexes for evaluating the workload. The maintenance tasks of main wheel disassembly for A320 aircraft were decomposed, and the maintenance action parameters and posture parameters were determined. The metabolism module of JACK software was used to calculate the operation energy consumption, and the RULA module of JACK was applied to calculate the posture load of aircraft maintenance personnel. The results validated the feasibility of the method. Compared with the traditional method of workload evaluation, the approach based on JACK simulation has the features of time-saving and high efficiency.
