摘要:
关于地铁施工事故的预防,传统研究主要集中在提高机械设备的可靠性方面,对人的不安全行为研究甚少。为了深入分析不安全行为产生的原因,从认知角度出发,研究认知与不安全行为之间的关系,利用问卷调查的方法,采用SEM理论构建地铁施工人员认知与不安全行为模型。最终结果显示:认知与不安全行为关系显著相关;识别信息、理解信息、思考应对、选择应对与认知显著相关;识别信息、选择应对与不安全行为关系显著相关;理解信息、思考应对与不安全行为的关系不显著。
Abstract:
The traditional research on the prevention of subway construction accidents are mainly focused on improving the reliability of machine, but the study on unsafe behaviors of human is less. In order to further analyze the causes of unsafe behaviors, from the perspective of cognition, the relationship between cognition and unsafe behaviors was studied. By using the method of questionnaire investigation, the SEM theory was applied to construct the cognition and unsafe behaviors model of subway construction personnel. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between the cognition and unsafe behaviors. Identifying information, understanding information, thinking response and selecting response has a significant correlation with cognition, identifying information and selecting response has a significant correlation with unsafe behaviors, and understanding information and thinking response has no obvious correlation with unsafe behaviors.
