摘要:
为了避免云南省泸西县城阳光小区挖孔桩开挖爆破影响周围建筑结构安全和居民生活,施工中采取了多项控制爆破技术措施。通过采取合理的炮孔布置、延时时间、炸药单耗和起爆方式等参数及安全防护措施,并综合考虑爆破振动对建筑结构的影响和人体心理的作用,研究制定了挖孔桩爆破振动安全标准,而且在周围布置测点对爆破振动进行了测试和分析以指导爆破作业,达到了安全爆破开挖的目的。施工结果说明了工程中采取的多项控制爆破技术措施是有效的,制定的爆破振动安全标准是适宜的,既保证了良好的爆破效果,又控制了爆破振动对周围环境的影响,避免了施工事故和扰民纠纷的发生。
Abstract:
In order to avoid the influence of excavation blasting in dig-hole pile to building structure safety and the lives of residents around the project in Sun village of Luxi, Yunnan, several controlled blasting technique measures were studied and applied in construction. Through adopting reasonable parameters and safety protection measures, such as hole arrangement, delay time, specific charge and initiation ways, and comprehensively considering the influence of blasting vibration to the building structure and human psychology, the safety standards of blasting vibration in dig-hole pile excavation were defined, and through laying measurement points in surrounding places, the blasting vibration were measured and analyzed to guide blasting operations, and the purpose of safe blasting excavation was achieved. The results showed that several blasting control techniques used in the project were effective, and the safety standards were appropriate. It not only ensured the good blasting effect, but also controlled the influence of blasting vibration to surroundings, thus avoiding the safety incident and the disturbing to people.
