理工大学,上海200237) 摘要:对羟基苯甲醛是一种十分重要的精细化工产品,主要采用对甲苯酚催化氧化法合成。为了提高PHBA合成工艺和装置的安全性,首次采用了危险与可操作性分析法对对甲苯酚催化氧化法合成PHBA的事故案例进行分析,分析了火灾事故发生的原因,提出了相应的安全对策措施及建议。与传统的事故分析方法相比,HAZOP分析更深入、更全面,对工艺设计的改进和设备的选型具有重要指导意义。
Abstract:
p-Hydroxybenzaldehyde (PHBA)is a very important fine chemical products,which is mainly synthesized by catalyzed oxidation of p-cresol. In order to improve the safety of production process and production unit in the synthesis of PHBA by catalyzed oxidation method,Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP)is adopted for the first time in order to analyzing the cause of the fire accident in p-hydroxybenzaldehyde workshop and putting forward the corresponding security countermeasures and suggestions. Compared with the traditional methods of accident analysis,HAZOP analysis is more deeper and more comprehensive,which is important for the improvement of production process design and equipment selection.
