摘要:
为探索科学、有效的矿山企业从业人员安全态度调查方法,为矿山企业不安全行为管理提供理论依据,应用现代安全管理和量化研究理论与方法,按照态度的认知、情感与意向三种成分,采用李克特格式量表法,设计27道安全态度调查问卷题。选取某矿山企业各岗位从业人员代表320人开展问卷调查,经甄别筛选后确立有效问卷调查表272份。应用SPSS软件建立数据库,经信度与效度检验,调查问卷符合测量学信度要求,结构效度在可接受范围。调查结果表明,该矿从业人员的安全态度相对集中,安全认知正确,安全情感和行为意向积极,但未形成统一、正确的安全理念,不安全行为分析与管理时需予以重视。
Abstract:
To explore the scientific and effective survey methods on safety attitudes of employees, and provide a theoretical basis for unsafe behavior management of mining enterprise, by applying the theories and methods of modern safety management and quantitative research, according to the three components of attitude including cognition, emotion and intention, using the Likert-type scale, 27 questionnaire titles were designed to investigate the safety attitude. 320 representatives of employees in each post of mining enterprises were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, and 272 effective questionnaires were determined by screening. The database was established by applying SPSS software, and through the reliability and validity test, the questionnaire met the reliability requirement of psychometric, and the structure validity was in the acceptable range. The results showed that the safety attitudes of practitioners in this enterprise were relatively concentrated, the safety cognition was correct, the safety emotion and behavior intention were positive, but the unified and correct safety concept was not conformed, which should be emphasized in analysis and management on unsafe behavior.
