摘要:
油气输送管道事故频发,且影响巨大,而由于管线线路敷设的特殊性,其周围不可避免的存在第三方建设工程,其中,部分工程须采用爆破开挖方式。主要研究临近管线附近爆破施工的安全性及爆破所采用的方案,并对安全距离给出参考。采用的方法是数值模拟法。研究表明,燃气管道附近采用火工爆破危险性较大,方案一到方案三均不满足安全要求;采用改进的方案后,爆破施工是可行的,但在距离管道50m内,应尽量采用静态爆破或机械开挖的施工方式。
Abstract:
For the past few years, the pipeline accidents have occured frequently, and usually the accidents have a tremendous impact. So people pay more and more attention to the pipeline safety. Ordinarily, the pipeline is arranged as a line, unavoidable, there would be new construction along the pipeline, and some of them have to take the blasting work. The safety and plan of blasting work near pipeline were mainly studied. Also, the safe distance was suggested by numerical simulation. It showed that it is quite dangerous to carry on blasting near the pipeline with case 1, 2 and 3, and blasting work can be used with the improved plan. The static blasting and mechanical excavation should be used as far as possible in 50m away from the pipeline.
