摘要:
刘庄矿171101工作面邻近停产线,为防止遗煤自燃,采用动态注氮方式向采空区注氮。为了确定停采后注氮口和灌浆口的合理位置,利用热电偶和束管对采空区内一定范围内气体和温度进行实测,根据温度、CO、CO2分布规律并结合MIN-MAX方法综合划分出采空区“三带”范围。实践证明,以该方法确定的注氮口和灌浆口的位置能够更好地抑制遗煤的自燃,为其他类似停采线附近防灭火提供了参考价值。
Abstract:
In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal, the method of dynamic nitrogen injection was applied in goaf of 171101 working face in Liu Zhuang Mine, which was adjacent to stop line. For the purpose of determining the reasonable positions of Nitrogen injection hole and grouting mouth after stopping mining, the gas and temperature within a certain range of goaf were actually measured by using thermocouples and tube. Based on the distribution laws of temperature, CO, CO2, and combining MIN-MAX method, the range of "three zones" in the goaf was comprehensively divided. The practice showed that the positions of Nitrogen injection hole and grouting mouth determined by this method can better inhibit coal spontaneous combustion, and it provides a reference function for the fire prevention in other similar areas near stop line.
