摘要:
阐述了油箱油罐等填充用阻隔防爆材料的基本概念、产品分类和作用意义,回顾了国内外金属类和非金属类阻隔抑爆材料的发展状况。主要对国内市售的典型金属类(铝合金为主)和非金属类(聚氨酯为主)阻隔防爆材料在油品长期储存和使用过程中对油品的使用性能、储存性能、污染情况和变质趋势等进行考察,提出阻隔防爆材料在油品中长期浸泡使用存在的问题,并对新型阻隔防爆材料产品的研究和开发提出建议。
Abstract:
The basic concept, classification and function of separate and explosion-proof material used in fuel tank were described in this paper, the development situation of metal and non-metal separate and explosion-proof material at home and abroad were reviewed. The influence of typical market-available separate and explosion-proof materials which were made of metal (mainly alluminium alloy) and non-metal (mainly polymers) respectively were investigated on the using performance, storaging performance, polluted level and acidity degree of oil. The existing problems in long-time soaking and usage of separate and explosion-proof material in oil were illustrated, and the suggestions for research and development of new type separate and explosion-proof material products were put forward.
