- 通过分析安全自主管理在人、组织、物态三方面的特征，明晰自主管理推进的方向目标，在安全自主管理推进方面，明确核心原则和整体思想，借鉴先进管理理念，提出要以人为本，差异化促进；持续检查和修正推进效果和计划；主要过程效果；做好激励和引导等具体思路和措施建议。
- Abstract:
- By analyzing the characteristics of safety selfmanagement in the aspects of personnel, organization and state, the directions and goals of selfmanagement propelling were cleared. In the aspects of safety selfmanagement propelling, the core principles and whole thinking were cleared. By referring advanced management concept, the specific ideas, measures and suggestions were put forward.
