摘要:
职业病防护设施是消除和控制职业病危害因素的重要措施,也是职业病危害评价的重要内容以及职业病防护设施设计专篇的编制重点。职业病防护设施评价主要是对职业病防护设施设置的必要性、合理性和有效性三个方面进行评价,提出依次对设置的必要性、合理性和有效性进行评价的评价程序,并给出职业病防护设施设置的必要性、合理性和有效性的评估标准(判定条件)和评价方法,阐述了必须设置职业病防护设施的前提条件、职业病防护设施设置应当遵循的基本原则以及职业病防护设施有效性的评价程序和评价方法。
Abstract:
Occupational disease prevention facilities are the important measures to eliminate and control the occupational hazards, and also the important contents of occupational hazard evaluation as well as the important component in the designing of occupational disease prevention facilities. The main tasks in the evaluation of occupational disease prevention facilities are the evaluation of the necessity, compliance and validity of occupation disease prevention facilities, and should be evaluated in turn, which is the evaluation process. The evaluation standards (judgments) and methods on the necessity, compliance and validity of occupational disease prevention facilities were put forward based on the evaluation program. The prerequisite and the basic principles of setting the occupational disease prevention facilities were put forward, and the evaluation process and methods on the efficiency of the occupational disease prevention facilities were proposed.
