摘要:
为了科学的评价纺织企业生产车间的光环境质量,减少因光环境不良对纺织工人安全健康和工作绩效造成的影响,提高纺织企业作业环境管理工作的针对性和有效性。分析了纺织车间光环境的特点及其对纺织工人安全健康和工作绩效的影响,通过对我国中南地区某纺织企业生产车间光环境的调查实测,对照国家标准对该企业的光环境进行分析;结合问卷调查,采用光环境指数综合评价法对该企业生产车间的光环境质量进行综合评价。结果表明:前纺车间和细纱车间的光环境质量等级均为3级,存在较大问题。针对光环境存在的问题提出了相应的优化措施,可为企业职业卫生管理工作提供决策依据。 
Abstract:
In order to appraise the quality of light environment in textile enterprise scientifically, and reduce the bad effects of poor light environment on the safety and health of textile workers, as well as work performance, and improve the relevance and validity of environmental management in textile enterprise, the characteristics of light environment in textile enterprise and it's effect on workers were analyzed. Through the measurement of illumination intensity and illumination uniformity in workshops of a textile factory in southeast China, the illumination level was analyzed according to national standards, and then combining with questionnaire, the qualities of light environment in workshops were evaluated based on comprehensive evaluation method of light environment index. The results showed that both the levels of light environment quality in pre spinning workshop and the spinning workshop were 3 level, with serious problems existing in this two workshops, and the corresponding optimization measures were put forward, which can provide decision support for enterprise occupational management.
