摘要:
针对沙特PET-II改造项目,以项目HSE风险管理为核心,结合事故屏障原理和PDCA循环理论,研究并建立了境外项目HSE管理模式,并详细论述了在沙特PET-II改造项目的应用情况。通过在境外项目全过程引入该HSE管理模式,大大降低施工中的HSE隐患和风险及HSE事故的发生率,产生非常可观的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:
Combining with the characteristic of PET-II renovation project in Saudi Arabia, and considering HSE risk management as the core, a HSE management mode of overseas project was established based on accident barrier principle and PDCA theory, and the application of the mode in PET-II renovation project was discussed in detail. HSE management mode was implemented to the overall process of overseas project, which greatly reduced the potential HSE hazards and risks, as well as the HSE accident rate of the construction, it produced very considerable social and economic benefits.
