摘要:
针对我国当前职业卫生法规标准化体系的现状，主要从职业卫生法规标准化体系完善、执法主体与职责划分、结构与相互关系、法规标准的更新与制定、法规标准的贯彻与执行力等几个方面系统的分析和阐述了我国职业卫生法规标准化体系现状及存在的主要问题。结果表明，我国职业卫生法规标准虽已初步形成体系，但仍需进一步完善，并在现状分析的基础上提出几点针对性的对策和建议，为职业卫生相关法规标准的总体策划、制修订和使用等提供参考。
Abstract:
Aiming at the occupation health regulations and standards system in China, the current situation and the existing problems were systematically analyzed and clarified, including the occupation health regulations and standards system perfecting, the main body of law enforcement and responsibility division, the renewal and development of regulations and standards, the implementation and execution of regulations and standards and so on. Based on the analysis for the present situation and the existing problems, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, to provide references for the overall plan, formulation, revision of occupational health regulations and standards in China
