摘要:
外部最小允许距离是《烟花爆竹工程设计安全规范》(GB 50161)中的一个很重要的术语和参数,在烟花爆竹工程设计、验收和安全评价等活动中处于十分重要的地位。解释了标准中外部最小允许距离的定义内涵和外延,强调了最小允许距离的承载主体是危险品生产区厂房、危险品总仓库区仓库等11级、13级建构筑物,分析了确定最小允许距离的理论依据和前提条件,为标准使用者理解和应用外部最小允许距离术语提供了全面和深入分析。针对目前参数使用中的实际问题,提出了标准修订建议。
Abstract:
External separation distance(ESD)is one of important phrases and parameter in the standard(GB 501612009), Safety Code for Design of Engineering of Fireworks and firecracker. ESD plays an important role in engineering design, acceptance check, and safety assessment of fireworks and firecracker. Connotation and extension of ESD were explained in the paper. Bearing bodies of ESD were dangerous buildings, such as 11,13 grade factory or warehouse. The theory evidence and prerequisite of ESD were investigated. Comprehensive analyses of ESD were displayed for users of the standard(GB 50161). The revising suggestions of the standard(GB 50161) were advanced according to existing problems in use of the standard(GB 50161).
