摘要:
基于工作不安全感的视角,分析员工不安全行为的影响因素。围绕这一中心问题,设计了包含工作不安全感、工作生活质量和安全行为的调查问卷,并向大型施工企业(集团)发放。利用回收问卷的数据,采用中介效应法对工作不安全感、工作生活质量和不安全行为之间的相关关系进行了实证分析。问卷结果显示:员工的工作不安全感越高,对工作生活质量的感知越低,对个体安全行为的影响作用也就越大。该结论丰富了员工安全行为的研究视角,为施工企业安全生产管理实践提供了参考。
Abstract:
According to the provious research, the job insecurity and quality of work life have the vital influence on the behavior of workers, so the influence of job insecurity to individual safety behavior was studied. Firstly, a questionnaire which was divided into four parts, including basic characteristics of investigated employee, job insecurity, quality of work life and individual safety behavior was designed, including 45 items totally. Then 360 questionnaires were distributed in CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co. LTD and 268 questionnaires were recovered. Thirdly, the datas were analyzed; Finally, the relationship among job insecurity, quality of work life and individual safety behavior was analyzed by mediating effect method. The results showed that the higher the individual job insecurity, the lower the perception of the quality of woke life, and the influence on the unsafely behavior improved accordingly. The conclusion enriches the individual safety behavior study, and also provides the evidence for construction enterprises to pay attention to the individual psychology and the quality of work life. It also provides reference to the safety management practice for the construction enterprise.
