摘要:
为探索研究矿井高温热害对人体生理健康和工作效率的影响,分析了矿井高温热害的来源和对人体的危害。根据人体生理反应特征选取人体响应综合指标,基于深井受限空间高温环境模拟试验装备,模拟深井受限空间高温环境,开展了矿井高温对人体生理健康及工作效率影响危害的物理模拟试验。利用高温模拟试验结果数据构建了多元线性回归预测模型,对人体响应指标与温度之间的关系进行了准确的定量分析。试验结果表明,温度对血压、心率、呼吸率、疲劳度、注意力和记忆力的影响较大,而对体温、反应时间的影响则较小,并确定了相关的影响程度的预测模型。试验结果为研究深井受限空间高温作业危害和制定相关的职业健康标准提供了科研根据。
Abstract:
To investigate the influence of high temperature in deep mines on human physiology health and work efficiency, the sources causing high temperature of deep mines and the harm to human body were analyzed. The human composite response indicators were selected according to the physiological feature of human body. Based on a simulation equipment of confined space in deep mines, the high temperature environment of the confined space in deep mine was simulated and the physical simulation experiment to test some human response indexes of physical health and work efficiency in high temperature of mines were carried. The data of high temperature simulation test were used to build the prediction model of multivariate linear regression, and the relationship between human body response indexes and temperature were analyzed quantitatively and accurately. The test results showed that temperature has greater influence on blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, fatigue, attention and memory, and has the smaller influence on body temperature and human reaction. The prediction models of the related influence degree of the temperature on the indexes were determined. The test results also provide the scientific basis for studying the work hazard in confined space with high temperature in deep mines and for setting the relevant occupational health standards.
