摘要:
区域职业病危害风险是一个地区特定时期内职业病与职业病危害事故发生的可能性与严重程度的综合反映,科学、客观地评价一个区域总体的职业病危害风险状况,对于科学制定有关政策、确定重点监管区域并合理分配职业病危害控制资源等都具有重要意义。在分析区域职业病危害风险影响有关因素并建立量化评定方法的基础上,研究遴选提出了用于区域职业病危害风险综合评价的指标,构建了区域综合职业病危害风险评价模型,确立了区域职业病危害风险分级标准,并给出了区域职业病危害风险管理的初步建议。
Abstract:
Regional risk of occupational hazards is the comprehensive reflection of possibility and severity for incidence of occupational diseases and occupational accidents during special period at certain region. Therefore, it is important to consider all factors affecting regional risk of occupational hazards and set up scientific and rational assessment model for making scientific and objective comprehensive assessment on regional status of occupational hazards risk, drafting scientific policy, confirming key points for inspection and allotting related resource for control of occupational hazards. According to the characteristics of regional risk assessment on occupational hazards, the related indices were screened out and the corresponding quantizing methods were also established, as well as comprehensive mode for assessment and standards for classification. In addition, some suggestions for management of region with different risk grade were brought out, which will provide reference for administration by grade for regional risk of occupational hazards.
