摘要:
对建筑工人安全心理评估,可以有效预防和减少建筑施工事故的发生。通过分析建筑施工工作特征以及作业中主要的心理生理活动,对重庆市某建筑工地的建筑工人访谈,问卷Ⅰ调查及结果SPSS V190软件分析,结合前人成果和专家意见,得到由18个指标组成的建筑工人安全心理评估体系。用Delphi法对18个指标的权重赋值,根据人类智力分布等建立评判标准,构建了模糊综合评价数学模型。根据最大隶属度原则,得出安全心理综合评价等级。通过由18个指标形成的问卷Ⅱ实测表明,此模型可以客观评估建筑工人的心理状态,使建筑工人安全心理评估实现了定量化,对建筑施工作业人员安全心理评价有一定的指导作用。
Abstract:
In view of assessment on safety psychology of construction workers, it can effectively prevent and reduce construction accidents. Combining with previous results and expert opinion, an evaluation system on safety psychologly construction workers, including 18 indexes, was proposed through the analysis on the characteristics of the construction work and major psychological and physiological activities of the job, the interviews on the workers who serving a construction in site in Chongqing , the survey and results analysis on the questionnaireⅠby software of SPSS V190 Delphi was used to calculate the relative weights of the 18 indexes. With the establishment of evaluation criterion based on human intelligence distribution, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established. The safety status of construction worker was figured out according to the principle of the biggest subject. Through the example of calculation with the Questionnaire II measured by 18 indexes, this model can objectively evaluate the psychological state of construction worker. This model enables the assessment on the safety psychology of construction workers to achieve a quantitative study and plays a guiding role in construction workers safety psychological evaluation.
