摘要:
当前,在液化天然气(LNG)日益被广泛应用的同时,LNG储运罐车安全问题已经日益突显,不断有LNG运输车辆在运输途中发生泄漏事故,LNG运输安全问题已越来越受到重视。但目前国内外还没有对此问题有系统和操作性强的应急处置技术与方法介绍。因此,从公众财产安全以及地区、能源可靠性的角度来看,对LNG泄漏应急处置技术进行研究分析是非常必要的。根据LNG的理化特性和LNG储运罐车性能,结合笔者参与或了解的有关成功处置案例,根据近几年我们的研究提出LNG储运罐车事故应急处置中的一些对策和措施。
Abstract:
At present, the liquefied natural gas ( LNG ) has been widely used, the safety problems of LNG storage tank have become more and more prominent. Leakage accidents have happened in the transit process of LNG transport vehicles frequently, LNG transport safety issues are getting more and more attention. But there is no introduction with systematic and operable emergency disposal technology and method. Therefore, from the aspects of public property security and reliability of energy and region, the study on LNG leakage emergency disposal technology is necessary. In this paper, according to the physicochemical properties of LNG and performance of LNG storage tank, combining with the successful disposal cases some countermeasures of the LNG storage tank emergency disposal were put forward.
