摘要:
阐述了过程实时监控技术在电力应急管理体系中发挥的作用;从管理层面和技术手段两方面,对超高压电网应急指挥信息平台设计和应用进行了系统分析和研究;特别是对视频监控系统设计与改造的基本框架、预期功能和技术指标进行了分析,介绍了系统软硬件及数据分布、信息流转等实现技术,对系统实际功能和应用经验进行了阐述。
Abstract:
This paper describes the function of the realtime process monitoring technology used in electricity emergency management system. The design and application of emergency command information platform for the EHV power grid is analyzed and researched from the point of management level and technical means. The basic framework, the expected functionality and technical indicators of the video surveillance system design and renovation are analyzed especially. The implementation techniques of system hardware, software, data distribution and information flow are introduced. The actual system functionality and application experience are also described.
