摘要:
随着我国全球化学品统一分类和标签制度(GHS)进程的进一步提速,对危险化学品实验室在化学品危险信息公示的工作质量和效率提出了更高的要求。基于MATLAB建立了一种GHS公示标签检索系统。该系统依据物质的GHS分类信息,实现象形图,危险说明,防范措施快速检索,经整合判别,去除冗余信息及GHS规定可合并的信息后,形成GHS标签,并以文档报告的形式快速给出结果。可由非专业人员操作完成,将公示标签的制作时间降为原来的1/6。同时可以实现多个物质中文和英文的GHS公示标签的自动批量检索和制作,适用于大型GHS数据库的建立。
Abstract:
With the further acceleration of Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals(GHS) in China, dangerous chemicals laboratory need to Improve the quality and efficiency of chemical hazard information bulletin.This paper established an index system of GHS publicity labeling based on MATLAB. Pictograms, hazard statements, precautionary measures are fast distinguished, integrated and discriminated, and the redundant information can be combined andremoved,a GHS label in the form of a document report is completed quickly. in the case of knowing the GHS classification,and could be operated by nonprofessionals.The time be reduced to 1/6This system can automatically implement multiple materials’ GHS publicity labeling in bulk. This system is in favor of large GHS database establishment.
