摘要:: 企事业专职消防队伍作为我国公共危机应急救援力量之一、多种形式消防队伍的重要组成部分，随着社会主义市场经济的不断推进，重大灾害事故的发生频率和危害程度不断加重，许多新情况、新问题异常突出。深入走访湖南、广东、山东等省（市）的公安消防队及企事业单位，通过召开座谈会、实地走访参观、查阅资料等形式，就新形势下企事业专职消防队伍经费保障建设开展了专题调研。针对专职消防队经费保障现状，着重分析了专职队伍在经费保障中存在的问题及其原因，并从消防经费争取、使用、管理三个方面提出了建立经费保障长效机制的对策措施。

Abstract:: Enterprises fire brigade has been one of the public crisis emergency rescue forces in China， an important part of the multiple forms of fire fighting forces， and has made a positive contribution for our country’s security， stability， and economic development. But， with the development of socialist market economy， and the increasing of major disaster in frequency and harm degree accident， the team can not meet the demand of social development more and more， and many new situation and new questions have been abnormal prominent. For this reason， the firefighting troops and enterprises in HuNan， GuanDong， ShanDong province (city) were investigated. By using the forms of symposium， field visits and collecting material， a special investigation on finance support of enterprise fire brigade under the new situation was conducted. Aiming at the current situation of finance support， the analysis of its existing problems and reasons was emphasized，and some countermeasures were put forward to establish longterm mechanism of finance security in three aspects of funds getting， using and management.
