摘要:
为了定量评价飞行员的操作水平，进行了飞行员操作特征指标结构的研究。首先根据操作行为的心理学原理，结合飞行员的操作行为特点对飞行员的操作行为进行分析，得到4个描述民航飞行员操作特征的指标向量：完整性、平稳性、准确性、及时性。以E190飞机为例，结合该型飞机的QAR记录数据以及相关的监控标准，形成了一套完整的能够反映飞行员操作特征的指标结构，并建立其计算模型。以及时性为例，对某航空公司的3位E190机长操作的及时性做出定量评价。该指标结构的研究实现了对飞行员操作水平的定量评价，为中国民航的飞行训练和飞行安全管理工作提供了技术支持。
Abstract:
In order to evaluate the operational ability level of pilots, an indicating structure of pilot operational behaviors was researched. Firstly, by analyzing the operational behavior with the psychology, four indicator vectors (completeness, steadiness, accuracy, timeliness) the operation characteristics of civil aviation pilots were devived. Secondly, taking the E190 for example, with the consideration of the QAR record data, a complete indicating structure that can reflect the characteristics of pilot operational behavior was formed. Thirdly, a calculation model was established based on the indicating structure and QAR data. Finally, taking the timeliness for example， a quantitative analysis on three captains’ timeliness was made. Results of this research can be helpful to flight training and safety management of pilot.
