摘要:
为了系统掌握危险品罐式车辆道路运输事故特征及规律,统计分析了886起危险品罐车道路运输事故的发生时间、地点、形态、道路等级、路段特征及事故原因等。结果表明:381%的危险品罐车运输事故发生在华东地区,其中116%发生在浙江省;828%的事故由交通事故引发,其中车辆单独事故占441%,车辆碰撞事故占387%;91%的事故由罐体及附件泄漏和阀门失效引起;就事故形态而言,约236%的事故为单方翻车,其次是冲出路外(143%)和两车追尾(120%);60%的事故发生在高等级公路上,20%发生于城市道路;67%的事故因人员因素导致。
Abstract:
For mastering the general features and laws of the road hazmat transportation accidents by tank truck, 886 transportation accidents occurred in China involving the hazmat tank truck were analyzed from the time of occurrence, location of accident, accident forms (e.g., single vehicle accident, collision between vehicles, collision with rigid barrier), the type of road (grade, curve, etc.), the accident cause and so on. The results showed that 381% of the total accidents occurred at the East China Area, 116% of which were taken place in Zhejiang province; 828% of the total accidents were caused by the traffic accident, of which, 441% were the single vehicle accidents, 387% were collision accidents; Moreover, 91% of the remainder(172%) were caused by the leaking from the tank body and accessories, and the valve failure; As for the accident form, about 236% were single vehicle overturning ,followed by run off road accidents (143%), and then the rear end collision between two vehicles(120%); 60% of total accidents occurred at high grade highway and 20% in urban road; 67% of the total accidents were caused by personal factors including drivers and supercargos, etc. The results can provide data support for the accident prevention and related transportation security technology, and decision making of the government departments including route planning and task scheduling.
