摘要:
通过对国内外职业健康管理法规标准及具体管理方法的研究,探索适合我国国情的职业健康管理新思路新方法。从我国职业健康法规标准体系建设、企业职业健康管理体系的建立、政府监管职责的落实分析了我国各类企业职业健康管理工作现状。并结合我国企业的实际情况,从标准化管理的实施原则、运行模式和参与机构三个方面阐述了企业实施职业健康标准化管理的必要性。推行职业健康标准化管理有利于引导企业在规定时间内按照标准化标准要求建立适合企业自身特点的职业健康标准化管理模式和体系框架,并保持有效运行,对提升企业职业健康管理水平,降低职业危害影响,解决目前职业健康管理面临的严峻形势将起到积极的推动作用。
Abstract:
By studying the regulations,standards,and specific methods on occupational health management domestically and internationally,new ideas and methods which are suitable for China were explored.Current situation of various kinds of domestic companies was analyzed from the aspects of the establishment of Chinese occupational health regulations and standards,company’s occupational health management systems,and the implementation of government supervision responsibilities.Combined with the actual situation of Cchina’s enterprises,the necessity for enterprises to manage occupational health standards is represented by three aspects,which include the implementation of standardized management principles,operating the modes of operation and the participating institutions of participation.Implementation of occupational health standards will guide enterprises to establish the occupational health standardization management mode and system framwork,then maintain effective operation of the their own within stipulated time.The promotion will play a positive role in enhancing enterprise’s occupational health management level,reducing the effection of occupational hazards and resolving the grim situation of the current occupational health management.
