摘要:
在工业过程控制领域,安全仪表系统监视生产过程的状态,在危险条件出现时采取相应的措施,防止危险发生,避免潜在危险对人身、 设备、环境造成伤害或减轻造成的损失,是保障生产安全的重要措施。安全仪表系统应能在危险发生时正确的执行其安全功能,因而其自身的 功能安全成为关注的焦点。作为安全评价的延伸,应将功能安全评估引入,从而完善安全评价体系。本文以功能安全国际标准为基础,讨论建 立我国功能安全评估机构的运作模型及功能安全评估在安全评价中的应用体系。
Abstract:
In the industrial process control, safety instrumented system is an important measure to ensure the safe producing. To be performed properly in a dangerous situation, the functional safety of the safety instrumented system should also be considered to be crucial. Functional safety assessment should be induced to safety evaluation. In order to improve the safety evaluation, basing on the international functional safety standard, a performing model for Chinese functional safety assessment organization is advanced in this article, and the application of functional safety assessment to safety evaluation is also be researched.
