摘要:
从预警预控机制出发,针对煤矿安全生产的特点对其安全隐患进行识别,从而构建由人员行为、自然因素、组织管理等影响安全状态的预警体系。提出了基于BP神经网络的安全预警评估模型,并给出了模型的实例检验,建立了预警预控的运作流程,为煤矿安全生产的长效机制提供决策支持。
Abstract:
The paper proposes early-warning assessment system based on BP neural networks, which influenced by human behavior, natural factor and management. Through the safety hazard identification aimed at coal mine safe operation, the model is testing through the case study of 5 coal mines. The paper put forwards the early-warning and pre-control process for support persistent effect mechanism of safety production.
