摘要:
本文首先介绍了全国严峻的安全生产状况，阐明了开展工贸行业企业安全生产标准化建设是规范企业安全生产管理，完善企业安全生产条件，提高企业安全生产管理水平，改进企业安全生产绩效，落实企业安全生产主体责任，建立企业安全生产长效机制的重要举措。简述了目前安全生产标准化考评标准、考评分级、考评程序、考评内容。最后介绍了近年来哈尔滨市在机械、纺织、啤酒、乳品、商贸、木材及木制品加工等行业企业开展安全标准化考评工作的实践和探索，为今后哈尔滨市安全标准化考评工作更加扎实有序地实施奠定了基础。
Abstract:
Firstly this article introduces the national production safety situation grim And it also sets out to carry out trade and industry standardization of safety production sector is an important measure which is to regulate the production of enterprise security management, improve enterprise security production conditions, enhance their level of safety management, improve enterprise security product performance, implement of corporate safety responsibility, and establish of corporate safety long-term mechanism.This article also outlines safety standards for evaluation standards, evaluation grade , evaluation procedures, and evaluation contents currently.At last, this paper introduces that Harbin carries out standardized evaluation of its safety practices and explore the work of machinery, textile, beer, dairy products, trades, timber and wood products processing and other industries and enterprises.These have laid a solid foundation for the evaluation of safety standardization work in Harbin
