摘要:
由于受限空间作业具有涉及行业广,作业环境特殊,危险性大等特点,容易发生火灾、爆炸、中毒和窒息等事故,严重威胁作业人员生命和设备财产安全。本文对2001年—2009年期间发生的典型受限空间作业事故进行了统计分析,总结了受限空间作业环境特点,分析了事故涉及的行业以及事故分布情况,然后结合事故案例,针对提出的典型受限空间作业事故类型及事故原因进行了分析,并提出了针对性的安全防范措施,以期指导安全生产。
Abstract:
Because working in confined spaces involves many industries, and the working environment is special, resulting in the great risk in confined space, so many kinds of accidents, including poisoning, asphyxia, fire, explosion and so on, may easily happen in confined space. The lives of workers and equipments are threatened seriously. In the paper, the typical accidents about working in confined space during the period of 2001 and 2009 were statistically analyzed. The environmental characteristics of working in confined space were summarized, and industries involved in accidents and the distribution of accidents were analyzed. Then patterns and cause factors of the accidents were analyzed based on some typical accidents, and the safety measures were presented, in order to guide the safety in production.
