摘要:
学校安全教育模式是保障学校安全教育效果的关键。准确界定学校安全教育模式的概念内涵,精炼概括学校安全教育两种模式—传统模式和现代模式,在学校安全教育系统中应同时采用传统模式和现代模式,使其相互补充则是学校安全教育的发展趋势,并从法律保障—法律、法规和政策的健全、内驱动力—对比较利益的追求、外驱动力—教育现代化三个方面深刻剖析学校安全教育的驱动机制,从而提出学校安全教育的路径选择。
Abstract:
The problem of school security is a question of the hot spot and focal point in the modern society. It relates trillion family’s happiness, the social harmony and the political stability. The pattern of school safe education is the key on safeguarding the effect of school safe education. This paper limits accurately the concept connotation of the school safe educational pattern, summarizes fining two kind of pattern of the school education - - tradition pattern and the modern pattern safely. It is the school safe education trend which the traditional pattern and the modern pattern simultaneously supplemented mutually in the school safe educational system. The paper analyzes profoundly the actuation mechanism of the school safe education from the legal safeguard-- laws and regulations and policy perfect-- pursue to comparative advantage, in the driving influence--education modernization, outside the driving influence, thus proposes the way choice to the school safe education: to strengthen the supervision instruction and responsibility consciousness; to instruction security knowledge on classroom education; to deepen the perceptual knowledge by taking seriously to visit extracurricularly; to accumulate the skill of help oneself by paying great attention to practice by oneself; to expand the investment, construct modernization safe education system, and enhance unceasingly the student quality and ability to deal with the disaster and accident.
