目前信息技术尤其是物联网高速发展,而我国职业危害形势日益严峻,相关的法律法规标准繁多,职业危害监管人员不足、基层监管人员业务水平不高、需要记录的数据量大,信息反馈慢,保管和存储困难,利用作业场所职业危害监管移动终端系统可以解决上述问题,本文在分析我国职业危害监管终端信息系统应用需求的基础上,对信息终端系统的研究进展进行了阐述,提出了采用服务器、无线网络和移动终端的体系结构,并对数据库体系结构,以及作业场所职业危害监管移动终端系统的软硬件平台进行了初步探讨。
Abstract:
The information technology, especially for the internet of things, is rapidly developed at present, but the situation of Chinese occupational hazards is seriously day by day. While, there are so many relative laws, regulations and standards, and supervision staffs of occupational hazard are not enough, whose professional level also need be improved. The data quantity is so big, which needs be recorded. The feedback of information is very slow, and safekeeping and storing are very difficult. Those problems can be solved by using the occupational hazard supervision mobile terminal system (OHSMTS) at workplace. Based on the application requirements of OHSMTS, the research progress of mobile terminal system was described, and the system structure of OHSMTS was proposed, which include servers, wireless net and mobile terminals. The system structure of database and the hardware and software platform of OHSMTS ware also discussed.
