摘要:
当前我国金属非金属矿山生产安全事故总量呈较大幅度的下降,但生产安全形势依然严峻。为了提高我国金属非金属矿山生产安全水平,根据工作实际需要,国家安全监管总局制定了《金属非金属矿山安全标准化规范》。本文详细论述了《规范》的重要地位和作用,以及在标准化建设过程中应把握的重点环节和具体措施,为《规范》的实行提供了有利的指导。
Abstract:
Currently, our metal and nonmetal mine production safety accidents showed a sharp decline of in the total, but the production safety situation is still grim. In order to improve production safety level of metal and nonmetal mine, based on the need of practical work, the State Administrator of Work Safety publishthe standardized specification of work safety for metal and nonmetal mine. The paper describes in details the important status and function ofstandard, and in standardized construction process, key link and specific measures of thestandard, it provided the advantageous instruction.
