摘要:
本文根据兰州石化公司碳四抽提装置的一起着火事故,编制了碳四抽提装置的火灾事故树。应用事故树分析中的最小割集对火灾事故进行了研究,结果表明操作人员没有按照操作规程操作、倒空阀关闭不严导致火灾发生;应用最小径集分析得知,共有三种途径可以控制火灾事故的发生;应用结构重要度分析,得出杜绝电气设备打火、静电引起打火、雷击和人为携带火源,是预防碳四抽提装置发生火灾的主要措施。
Abstract:
By analysing one fire accident in the butadiene extraction plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, this paper establishes a fault tree of fire accidents of the plant. Then the least cut set in fault tree analysis (FTA) is used to analyze the fire accident, and indicates that it is caused by operators not operating the equipment in rule and dump valves not being closed completely. And the least path set is used to analyze the fire accident, and shows that three methods keep fire accidents from happening again. At last, structure importance analysis points out that the main methods keeping fire from happening again in the butadiene extraction plant are no electronic equipment fire、no electrostatic fire、no thunder fire and no humantaking fire.
