摘要:
本文讨论了油码头与液体化学品码头选址、油码头总平面布置、码头管线腐蚀、港口运营风险标准与风险评估方法等问题，提出了相应的对策措施。
Abstract:
The problems of oil and liquid chemicals terminals were discussed, such as site, layout, pipeline corrosion, operation risk criterion and risk assessment methods. Then, the counter measures were presented for these problems.
