摘要:
化工生产装置越来越大型化和复杂化,如何在这类复杂系统中对各类装置进行风险分析和排序,确定出装置安全监管、安全维护、监测监控及淘汰更换的策略,是装置安全运行相关方直接面临和解决的问题。基于化工装置定量风险评价技术的潜在生命损失值PLL风险排序方法,可以成为化工装置安全管理和安全策略优化的有效工具,在实际工程中帮助降低系统风险、实现安全生产的目的。
Abstract:
Installations of petroleumchemistry become bigger and more complex. Safety running of installations is a core for safety supervisor. How to establish safety strategy for installations in complex system, for example, maintenance, inspection, control and update, is a problem being faced and resolved. Risk ranking method of potential live loss (PLL) based on quantitative risk assessment is a valuable tool to achieve safety management and safety optimum strategy.
