摘要:
为探究矿工的脑力负荷特征,以减少作业人员脑力负担导致的煤矿事故,基于生理信号与多维评估方法,分析气质类型与任务难度对矿工脑力负荷的作用机制。采用2种气质类型(胆汁质、多血质)×3种任务难度(低、中、高)的混合双因素实验设计,综合运用主观量表(NASA-TLX)、生理指标(皮肤电导SC、平均心率Mean HR、平均心搏间期Mean IBI、相邻N-N间期之差>20 ms的百分数PNN20、心动间隔标准差SDNN)和行为绩效(任务失误次数)进行多维测量。研究结果表明:与多血质组相比,胆汁质组的Mean HR与SC更大,Mean IBI、SDNN、PNN20更小,且其主观评分和任务失误次数更高。在不同任务难度下,矿工的脑力负荷具有差异性,生理指标中Mean HR、SC、Mean IBI、SDNN和PNN20存在显著差异。任务失误次数方面,随着任务难度增加,2组失误次数均递增。主观评分方面,随难度增加评分显著上升。矿工脑力负荷受气质类型与任务难度共同作用,胆汁质个体负荷更高。研究结果可为煤矿人员配置及任务难度分级提供量化支撑,对降低人因失误风险具有实践价值。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the mental workload characteristics of miners and reduce coal mine accidents attributable to excessive cognitive burden,the mechanisms through which temperament type and task difficulty influence miners’ mental workload are analyzed based on physiological signals and multidimensional assessment methods.A mixed two-factor experimental design crossing two temperament types (choleric and sanguine) with three levels of task difficulty (low,medium,and high) is adopted,incorporating subjective scales (NASA-TLX),physiological indicators (skin conductance,mean heart rate,mean inter-beat interval,the percentage of successive N-N interval differences exceeding 20 ms,and the standard deviation of N-N intervals),and behavioral performance (number of task errors) for multidimensional measurement.The results show that compared with the sanguine group,the choleric group exhibits higher mean heart rate and skin conductance,lower mean inter-beat interval,standard deviation of N-N intervals,and percentage of successive N-N interval differences exceeding 20 ms,along with higher subjective ratings and greater numbers of task errors.Miners’ mental workload varies across task difficulty levels,with significant differences observed in mean heart rate,skin conductance,mean inter-beat interval,standard deviation of N-N intervals,and percentage of successive N-N interval differences exceeding 20 ms.Regarding task errors,the number of errors increases progressively with task difficulty in both groups,and subjective ratings rise significantly as difficulty increases.Miners’ mental workload is jointly influenced by temperament type and task difficulty,with choleric individuals exhibiting higher overall workload.These findings provide quantitative support for coal mine personnel allocation and task difficulty classification,and hold practical value for reducing the risk of human error.
