为降低建筑工人不安全行为发生概率并提升施工现场整体安全绩效,基于主体异质性视角和计划行为理论,以604份建筑工人问卷为样本,分析施工安全多主体因素对工人不安全行为意向的作用机制。采用结构方程模型检验外部企业因素(建设单位资金约束、监理单位履职效能)、施工单位组织因素(安全氛围、安全管理)及个人因素(行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制)之间的线性关系,并结合模糊集定性比较分析识别高不安全行为意向的多重组态路径。研究结果表明:外部企业因素通过施工单位安全氛围与安全管理作用于工人认知,形成跨层级传导效应;高不安全行为意向可归纳为3类组态模式:综合驱动型、组织-个人驱动型和内驱型,表明不安全行为意向由多因素联动形成。研究结果可为多主体协同安全管理提供理论支撑,并为制定针对性干预措施降低工人不安全行为提供实践参考。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the likelihood of unsafe behaviors among construction workers and improve overall safety performance on construction sites,this study adopts an agent heterogeneity perspective grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior,drawing on a sample of 604 construction worker questionnaires to examine how multi-agent factors shape workers’ unsafe behavioral intentions.Structural equation modeling is employed to test the linear relationships among external enterprise factors (funding constraints imposed by project owners and supervisory effectiveness of supervision units),contractor-level organizational factors (safety climate and safety management),and individual factors (behavioral attitude,subjective norm,and perceived behavioral control).Fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis is further applied to identify multiple configurational paths leading to high unsafe behavioral intention.The findings reveal that external enterprise factors exert influence on workers’ cognitive processes through the mediating roles of safety climate and safety management within contracting organizations,producing a cross-level transmission effect.High unsafe behavioral intention is attributable to three configurational patterns,namely the comprehensive-driven type,the organizational-individual-driven type,and the internally-driven type,indicating that unsafe behavioral intention emerges from the joint action of multiple factors rather than any single cause.These findings offer theoretical grounding for multi-agent collaborative safety management and provide practical guidance for designing targeted interventions to reduce unsafe behaviors among construction workers.
