摘要:
为揭示智能矿山“人机协同”背景下矿工心理安全感的形成机制,探讨技术适配与个体行为的交互作用。基于任务-技术匹配理论(TTF)与工作特性理论(JCT),提出“人机适配-工作重塑-心理安全感”的双维驱动模型,将安全氛围与风险感知纳入调节框架,并以307名智能矿山一线矿工的问卷数据为样本进行实证检验。研究结果表明:人机适配对矿工心理安全感具有显著正向影响,这一作用通过任务适配性与个人适配性双路径实现。其中,工作重塑起到中介作用,通过任务重塑、技能重塑和关系重塑3条关键路径共同提升矿工心理安全感;此外,安全氛围正向调节任务适配性对任务重塑和关系重塑的路径,风险感知则负向调节个人适配性对技能重塑的路径。研究结果可为智能矿山技术部署中增强矿工安全感、优化人机协作设计提供理论支撑依据与实践参考。
Abstract:
In order to reveal how miners’ psychological safety is formed in the context of human-machine collaboration in smart mines,this study examines the interactive effects between technology fit and individual behavior.Building on task-technology fit (TTF) theory and job characteristics theory (JCT),it proposes a two-dimensional dual-driver model that links human-machine fit,job crafting,and psychological safety,and further incorporates safety climate and risk perception as moderators.The model is empirically tested using questionnaire data collected from 307 frontline miners in smart mines.The results show that human-machine fit has a significant positive effect on miners’ psychological safety,and this effect operates through two routes,namely task fit and individual fit.Job crafting plays a mediating role and improves psychological safety through three key paths,which involve task crafting,skill crafting,and relational crafting.Moreover,safety climate positively moderates the effects of task fit on task crafting and relational crafting,whereas risk perception negatively moderates the effect of individual fit on skill crafting.These findings provide theoretical and practical implications for strengthening miners’ psychological safety during smart-mine technology deployment and for improving the design of human-machine collaboration,which supports coordinated progress in safety investment and personnel acceptance.
