摘要:
为了探究影响内隐安全态度的前因及新生代矿工内隐-外显安全态度之间的内在关系和其对安全行为的预测效果,以一线班组年轻矿工为研究对象,采用单类内隐联想测试(SC-IAT)对新生代矿工的内隐安全态度进行测量;结合量表探讨安全心理契约对新生代矿工内隐安全态度的影响,并分析新生代矿工内隐安全态度与外显安全态度的结构关系及其对安全行为的预测力。研究结果表明:新生代矿工存在积极的内隐安全态度,安全心理契约与内隐安全态度之间相关性显著;内隐-外显安全态度之间的相关性显著且当两者水平一致时,2种态度对安全行为的预测力都得到提高。研究结果可为煤矿企业改善年轻矿工的安全态度提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the antecedents of implicit safety attitudes,the underlying relationships between implicit and explicit safety attitudes among the new generation of miners,and their predictive effects on safety behavior,this study takes young front line crew miners as participants.A single category Implicit Association Test,SC IAT,is used to measure the implicit safety attitudes of the new generation of miners.Questionnaire scales are employed to examine the influence of the safety psychological contract on implicit safety attitudes.The structural relationship between implicit and explicit safety attitudes and their predictive power for safety behavior are further analyzed.The results show that the new generation of miners exhibits positive implicit safety attitudes,and the safety psychological contract is significantly correlated with implicit safety attitudes.The correlation between implicit and explicit safety attitudes is significant,and when the levels of the two attitudes are consistent,the predictive power of both attitudes for safety behavior is improved.These findings provide a reference for coal mining enterprises to improve the safety attitudes of young miners.
