摘要:
为解决非恒定泄漏速率下气体扩散特性研究的难题,搭建泄漏速率可调的气体泄漏扩散实验系统,基于计算流体力学构建精细化数值仿真模型,结合模型误差评价指标厘清数值仿真结果和实验数据的相关性,并以数值仿真模型为基础探究泄漏气体的时空扩散特性。研究结果表明:所建立数值仿真模型对非恒定泄漏速率下气体扩散行为预测具有很好的适用性,并且考虑泄漏速率的变化能够更准确地预测不同时刻危险气体空间分布。研究结果可为科学预测油气开发过程异常泄漏事故后果提供支持。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of gas dispersion under the non-constant leakage rate,a gas leakage and dispersion experimental system with a leakage rate adjustment module has been constructed.And a refined numerical simulation model was constructed based on the computational fluid dynamics.The correlation between the numerical simulation results and the experimental data was clarified by combining the performance parameters of model errors.Furthermore,the spatial and temporal dispersion characteristics of released gas are investigated based on the constructed numerical model.The results show that the constructed numerical model has good applicability to the prediction of gas dispersion behavior under non-constant leakage rate,and considering leakage rate variations enables more accurate predictions of hazardous gas spatial distributions at different times.The findings can support scientific prediction of the consequences of gas leakage accidents during oil and gas development.
