摘要:
为优化脉冲喷吹清灰过程、提高清灰效率,以单个滤筒除尘器为研究对象,在原有散流器的基础上优化设计2款新型散流器,采用CFD-DPM方法对脉冲喷吹滤筒清灰过程的两相流分布进行模拟研究。研究结果表明:水滴型散流器对喷吹气流的诱导和汇聚效果明显,改善清灰流场压力分布不均匀的情况;与相比锥形散流器相比,散流器b可以更好地诱导气流,散流器c可以避免底部扰流和尾涡产生,对滤筒上部喷吹效果较好,可提高清灰效率。研究结果可为提高滤筒除尘器的清灰效率提供理论指导。
Abstract:
In order to optimize the pulse-jet cleaning process and improve the dust cleaning efficiency,taking a single filter cartridge dust collector as the research object,two new diffusers were designed and optimized based on the original one.The CFD-DPM method was used to simulate the two-phase flow distribution during the pulse-jet cleaning process of filter cartridge.The results show that the waterdrop-shaped diffuser demonstrates significant effect in inducing and converging the jet airflow,effectively improving the uneven pressure distribution in the cleaning airflow field.Compared to the conical diffuser,the diffuser b can better induce the airflow,while the diffuser c can avoid the disturbance and wake vortices at the bottom,resulting in better jet performance on the upper part of filter cartridge and improved cleaning efficiency.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for improving the cleaning efficiency of filter cartridge dust collectors.
