摘要:
负重登高作为高层建筑火灾救援任务中的典型任务,救援人员易产生肌肉骨骼损伤。为对救援人员从事高层救援产生的职业风险进行评估,使用JACK软件对救援人员负重登高过程进行动素分析,并从作业姿势、能量预测、作业负荷与暴露时间3个角度进行下肢职业性肌肉骨骼评估。研究结果表明:救援人员在整个负重登高救援任务过程中存在一定的肌肉骨骼疾病风险,尤其下肢罹患肌肉骨骼疾病概率较高。脊柱压力峰值超过3 400 N,臀部、膝关节、脚踝存在极限预警,肌肉骨骼损伤风险高。且起始登第1级台阶和结束登高前1级台阶时,有职业性肌肉骨骼损伤的概率相对较大。救援人员整个负重登高任务中能量消耗较高,长期作业易造成下肢职业性损伤。
Abstract:
The load-bearing climbing is a typical task in the rescue tasks of high-rise building fire,and the rescue personnel are highly susceptible to musculoskeletal injuries.In order to assess the occupational risk of rescue personnel engaged in high-rise rescue,the JACK software was used to analyze the load-bearing climbing process of rescue personnel,and the occupational musculoskeletal assessment of lower limbs was conducted from three perspectives of working posture,energy prediction,and working load and exposure time.The results show that the rescue personnel have a certain risk of musculoskeletal diseases during the whole load-bearing climbing rescue process,especially the probability of musculoskeletal diseases in the lower limbs is extremely high.The peak pressure of spine exceeds 3400 N,there is a limit warning in the buttocks,knee joints and ankles,and the risk of musculoskeletal injury is high.The probability of occupational musculoskeletal injury is the highest when starting to climb the first step and the last step before the end of climbing.The energy consumption of rescue personnel in the whole load-bearing climbing task is high,and the long-term operation can easily cause the occupational injury of lower limbs.
