摘要:
为了研究高速列车过站时对大跨度柔性雨棚产生的振动影响,评估车站雨棚在长期服役过程中可能因疲劳导致的结构失效风险。通过探究列车风压对雨棚结构的振动响应,以列车高速通过邻线雨棚时产生的气动荷载作为输入,并依据受力情况确定结构关键构件后,对其进行疲劳寿命分析,以结构极限安全寿命为依据,确定极限疲劳寿命情况下的雨棚振动限值。研究结果表明:列车过站产生的风压荷载随着列车速度的不断增加而变大,列车风致振动响应主要集中在跨中和大跨径处;以关键构件梁柱结合部在服役期间的寿命为依据,选用雨棚柱顶的振动速度为指标,拟定邻线雨棚结构的振动限值为11.47 mm/s。研究结果可为高速列车客站雨棚的安全设计提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to study the vibration effect of large-span flexible canopy caused by high-speed trains passing the station,and evaluate the risk of structural failure caused by the fatigue during long-term service of canopy in the station,through exploring the vibration response of the train wind pressure to the canopy structure,the aerodynamic load generated when the train passed through the adjacent line canopy at high speed was taken as the input,and the fatigue life analysis was carried out after the key components of the structure were determined according to the stress condition.Based on the ultimate safety life of the structure,the vibration limit of the canopy under the ultimate fatigue life was determined.The results show that the wind pressure load generated by the train passing through the station increases with the increase of train speed,and the wind-induced vibration response of the train is mainly concentrated in the mid-span and long-span.Based on the life of the beam-column joints of the key component during service,the vibration velocity of the canopy column top is selected as the index,and the vibration limit of the adjacent line canopy structure is determined to be 11.47 mm/s.The research results can provide reference for the safety design of canopy in high-speed train stations.
