摘要:
生产安全事故(如火灾爆炸)偶有发生,传统抗冲击抢险救援防护服采用柔性织物材料,其防护效能较差,变形较大限制其广泛应用。通过对工业固体废弃物进行改性及表面嫁接官能团,制备绿色剪切增稠功能化新型防弹复合材料能够有效增强其防护,本文研究采用普通污水污泥颗粒、高温碱改性污泥颗粒等工业固体废弃物,进行表面惰化改性作为剪切增稠分散相调控绿色剪切增稠液,为更好实现分散相颗粒的接枝负载,将芳纶织物(AF)进行表面接枝改性处理,通过将固废基改性剪切增稠液与改性AF织物结合测试防弹性能。研究结果表明:由于固废基其表面增加惰化官能团,具有更显著的剪切增稠效应;纱线拔出试验表明拉伸力提升了2.8倍,具有更好的摩擦性能;弹道试验表明固废基剪切增稠液浸渍后可将弹道极限速度(V50)从52 m/s提高到98 m/s。颗粒掺杂增强了纱线之间的摩擦,增加了织物的承载面积。研究结果可为高性能软体防护装备的设计提供参考,有助于固体废物资源化和高值化利用,为解决传统防护服防护效能不足的问题提供新的解决方案。
Abstract:
The work safety accidents (such as fire and explosion) occasionally occur.The traditional impact resistant emergency rescue protective clothing uses the flexible fabric materials,but its protective effectiveness is poor and its large deformation limits its widespread application.By modifying and surface grafting functional groups onto the industrial solid waste,a new type of green shear thickening functionalized bulletproof composite material was prepared to enhance its protection.The industrial solid waste such as ordinary sewage sludge particles and high-temperature alkali modified sludge particles were used for surface inerting modification as a shear thickening dispersed phase controlled green shear thickening solution.In order to better achieve the grafting loading of dispersed phase particles,the aramid fabric (AF) was subjected to surface grafting modification treatment.The bulletproof performance was tested by combining the solid waste based modified shear thickening solution with the modified AF fabric.The results show that due to the addition of inert functional groups on the surface of solid waste,it has a more significant shear thickening effect.The yarn pull-out test showed that the tensile force increased by 2.8 times,indicating better friction performance.The ballistic test showed that the immersion in solid waste based shear thickening solution can increase the ballistic ultimate velocity (V50) from 52 m/s to 98 m/s.The particle doping enhances the friction between yarns,and increases the load-bearing area of fabrics.The research results can provide reference for the design of high-performance soft body protective equipment,contribute to the resource utilization and value enhancement of solid waste,and offer a new solution to address the insufficient protective effectiveness of traditional protective clothing.
