摘要:
为减少因违禁物品托运引发的不安全事件,基于原有安检模式,提出行李托运差异化安检模式,结合搜索-决策检查模型,建立系统错误报警及错误通过率公式,得到行李托运安检系统准确度-速度变化规律。结果表明:差异化安检模式一方面提高系统安全性,另一方面提升安检效率,节约安检资源。研究结果可为机场调整安检策略提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to reduce the occurrence of unsafe incidents caused by passengers carrying the prohibited items in the checked baggage,the safety of level-5 security check system for the checked baggage was studied.Based on the security check modes of Case1 and Case2,a differentiated security check mode of checked baggage was proposed to carry out the strict security check on the checked baggage of highrisk passengers and routine security check on the checked baggage of ordinary passengers.Considering the human factors in the system,the time of the security inspector judging an image was taken as a variable,based on the security check procedure of checked baggage,combined with the searchdecision inspection model,the probability formulas of system false alarm and false clear were established,and the variation laws of accuracyspeed for the security check system of checked baggage were obtained.The results showed that the differential security check mode improved the system safety to a certain extent,and the system false clear rate could be reduced by extending the time of identifying image and increasing the division proportion of highrisk passengers.
